1. Introduction

You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's license, or PRC ID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 9bet100 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 9bet100 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 9bet100 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds thresholds, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games or at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

9bet100 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses via separate accounts, hedging bets across accounts to guarantee bonus conversion, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or otherwise exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. 9bet100 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated claim window, and active bonuses whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation.

6. Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 9bet100 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game category, including but not limited to: live casino games, slots, sports betting, bingo, Dragon Gate, and boxing markets. Game-specific rules are published within each game lobby and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, 9bet100 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. 9bet100 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control, including third-party game provider outages or Philippine telecommunications network interruptions.

All bets are final once confirmed. 9bet100 does not permit the cancellation or modification of bets after they have been accepted by the system, except where expressly permitted by specific game rules (e.g., cash-out features on certain sports markets where available).

7. Prohibited Conduct

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where warranted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9bet100 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of 9bet100 or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in any 9bet100 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 9bet100 Platform without the express prior written consent of 9bet100. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9bet100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 9bet100 Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9bet100's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 9bet100 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 9bet100's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 9bet100 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. 9bet100 will process account closure requests within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or AML review.

11.2 Termination by 9bet100

9bet100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or any other circumstance that 9bet100 determines, in its reasonable discretion, warrants account action. In cases of suspected fraud or Terms violation, 9bet100 may withhold account balances pending investigation.

13. Amendments

9bet100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
